All cols of 5 Floor Industrial Building were strengthened using the method of Jacketing, from foundation level. This was done to increase the load carrying capacity of the cols.

Ceiling and walls of a Pestile godown were heavily damaged due to Fire. Height of Godown slab 12 m. Entire Ceiling and Ceiling beams were treated with Polymer Modified Mortar and Beams of the ceiling were strengthened with structural steel plate of 6 mm thick. ( know as Flitching )
